I had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel. the location was ideal, right near the city center and the ski tracks. It was so convenient to be able to walk to restaurants and explore the beautiful riverside. Secondly, the staff were fantastic - warm, welcoming, and always willing to help. Lastly, the rooms were lovely, especially the ones with a balcony. It was great to have that bit of extra space and the views were delightful. this hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of value for money, attention to detail, and basic amenities.
All was perfect, nothing to complain about!

situation was excellent when you are planning to do cross-country skiing
a requested extra bed was provided after our arrival -ok, for this extra bed we were charged EUR 17, even though it the booking was stated EUR 10. I showed the booking in my handy and I was given back EUR 7,- . Evening buffer was too expensive EUR 13,- compared to the general level in Estonia. We went to the other place and were really satisfied. Other thing which is not related to the hotel but skiing tracks could be better marked.

we like cooking in the hotel. The hotell has got free washing machins and drying rooms and this is very helpful when you trevelling with children. Rent of winter equipment is available in the hotel which is also nice. Brilliant skiing tracks and snowtubing. Inexpensive city cafes.

Great snow, conveniently located. Despite the cold, we enjoyed the fireplace in the lobby and the hot drinks offered at the bar. The breakfast was decent and there was plenty of food to choose from. the ski rental on site was a huge plus.
The room was cramped for four people and our ski equipment. the walls were paper-thin and the noise from the neighboring rooms was disruptive.

Located near beautiful rivers, this hotel is close to the ski tracks, city centre, and various restaurants, making it an ideal place to stay. the room was spacious, clean and comfortable. the breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of local products and Estonian food, including both hand-made drip coffee and machine coffee. the staff was very friendly and helpful.
The hotel does not offer a lobby bar or an appetizing dinner buffet, but there are plenty of nearby restaurants to choose from.

the staff was incredibly welcoming and made us feel at home. the breakfast was tasty, with a variety of local products to choose from. We particularly enjoyed the freshly brewed coffee and the homemade jam. the location was also perfect, with easy access to outdoor activities like hiking and canoeing. Another advantage was that the room was clean and spacious, allowing us to relax after a day of exploring.
the dinner options were limited, and we opted to eat elsewhere as the food didn't look particularly appetising.
